Limited Warranty/Guarantee

Thank you for choosing a Hopewell Heights' Custom Product. We will just take a few moments to explain our Warranty. When you buy a Hopewell Heights' Product directly from us, we will stand behind it, "within reason" that is. We are proud of our work.
We want you to be proud of your new purchase, to be a repeat customer and tell everyone where you got it.

Now, to go back to the "within reason" part. As you know, when you buy an outdoor wood, metal, or plastic product you have to expect some maintenance to be performed by yourself to keep your investment looking great. Up to 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, we will guarantee a sound structure and replace any defective wood products or mechanical fasteners, including labour, as covered by the Product Manufacturer's Warranty. Any special design changes will be made at the point of sale and performed by you, the customer, after our assembly will void this Warranty. Any additions of glass, plastic, or wood wind barriers to our product will void this Warranty (i.e. gazebos). Always keep an airspace between the wood product and the ground, as wood needs to breathe in order to last. Any mechanical (electrical, plumbing, heating) added to your structure by someone other than a Hopewell Heights Employee shall void this Warranty. Mechanical changes must be shown as extras on your sales invoice to be included in your Warranty. Frost movements, excessive wind gusts, heavy snow loads, vandalism, or structural modifications are the responsibility of the customer and classified as maintenance by the customer.
Copies of your sales invoice and Warranty must be submitted by the customer to Hopewell Heights for Warranty consideration.

Building permits, bylaw contingencies, property line confirmations, service locates are the responsibility of you, the customer. Any sales of Kit Form Product by Hopewell Heights to you, the customer, shall not include a Warranty as you are carrying out the assembly yourself.
Use of our product for any commercial purposes shall void the Warranty.
